Insider Tips: Trust us when we tell you the humidity in Panama City is something to be reckoned with. So it is no wonder this is the favorite weekend getaway for many locals in the city. If you can go mid-week, we highly recommend it. You do not have to hike La India Dormida on Wednesdays if the group does not all want to. The guides speak with everyone the day of the tour and decide on the best route based on everyone’s preference. Also, bring some spending cash! If you are looking to find some of the most unique handicrafts in Panama, El Valle is the place!! Best of all is the fresh fruits and veggies you can get in the valley markets too.
* Optional Activities: Aside from the optional activities above, we can also add a beach stop to the tour. Let us know that you are interested and we can try to arrange it. This is an additional cost and would add a couple additional hours to the day, but a great opportunity to check out the regions coastline before returning to the city.
Bonus!! If you insist on fitting everything into one trip, we can also arrange overnight options. We can provide recommendations based on any budget. Please just note on your reservations that you are interested so we can check availability, provide options and make arrangements.
